We're a community of LGBTQ+ and ally families on the Connecticut Shoreline.  Through Scouting for Our Community, we live beyond representation.  Where our children do more than see families like theirs only in books and annual events.  But where our children experience LGBTQ+ and ally families as part of their everyday community and circles of love. 

The verb scouting is our inspiration for being explorers, for our openness to new things, and for the sense of adventure and belonging we advance.

We are completely independent and have no affiliation to or connection with other groups like Scouting America, the Boy Scouts or the Girl Scouts.
